Annual Red River Vally Boat, Camping & Vacation Show – Reflecting on 2022 and Looking Forward to 2023

As we reflect on the 2022 Red River Valley Sportsmen’s Boat, Camping, and Vacation Show that we participated in, we remember all of the people who were excited to see the RVs, boats, and other sports-related items and activities at the show.

In 2022, we had a booth at the show; our booth was on the concourse and easy to access. The flow of people attending the show was tremendous; after months of winter, we could see that many people were eager to get out and enjoy looking at RVs, boats, and products. We met many people who were shopping for RVs, and many were very interested in the RV inspection process.

We talked to hundreds of people. Many people were in the beginning stages of looking for an RV to purchase. Some people told us they already own an RV, plan to sell, and purchase a different RV. One man told us that he lives in his RV full-time but it was currently parked at his son’s house in Michigan while he works at a company in northern Minnesota in the winter. There were many, many avid RVers, many great RV stories, and many people who told us how unlucky they were when buying an RV. Quite a few people told us about the problems they had after purchasing their RV.  Many visitors to our booth said “I wish I would have had an RV inspection!” and some said “I wish I would have known that you perform RV inspections!”

We will be at the RV show again this year – we hope to see you there. Let us help you. Our goal is to help the RV buyer by inspecting the unit they are considering purchasing BEFORE the RV purchase. This will help you get problems, large and small, repaired before you hit the highway in your RV. We want to tell you why an RV inspection is important.

Our neighbor (a vendor) at last years’ show was selling a type of cookware described as healthy cookware. The salesperson would loudly and confidently say to all people that walked by “HEALTHY, HEALTHY COOKWARE, NEVER EVER STICKS”. He suggested that we get out in the aisle and try his pitch/method to draw people to our booth. Note, we will NOT be yelling at you, just come and visit with us about an RV inspection. We want to hear your story and help you.
